Lakeshore Park track is on Chicago Avenue between Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive.
Lincoln Park
Saturday Marathon/Long Run Training Program
Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting in your
weekly long run, this workout includes progressive long runs to build
endurance, threshold pace runs and hills for strength and interval training
for speed.
Start time: 7am November 10 - March 29
This program meets in Lincoln Park, at the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial along the running path (just north of the North Avenue footbridge crossing Lake Shore Drive).
