Lakeshore Park Track
Wednesday Morning Programs
This program is designed to improve speed and endurance for runners of all abilities.

Wednesday Morning Programs
Group 1: 5:30-6:15am or Group 2: 6:15-7am
November 7- March 26

Lakeshore Park track is on Chicago Avenue between Michigan Avenue and Lake Shore Drive.

Lincoln Park
Saturday Marathon/Long Run Training Program
Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting in your weekly long run, this workout includes progressive long runs to build endurance, threshold pace runs and hills for strength and interval training for speed.

Start time: 7am November 10 - March 29
This program meets in Lincoln Park, at the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial along the running path (just north of the North Avenue footbridge crossing Lake Shore Drive).

Western Suburbs

Run Chicago - River Forest
Concordia University
Wednesday Morning Program
This program is designed to improve speed and endurance for runners of all abilities.
9:20 - 10:00 am October 31 - March 26


The Concordia University track is at Monroe and Division, 1 block west of Harlem in River Forest.
